Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. During periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays.
If your package appears delayed, we recommend allowing a few additional business days for delivery before contacting us.
Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered delivered. Solara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already been shipped, Solara cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and requires reshipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory availability and warehouse logistics. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
