We want you to try Solara Field properly. If it isn't right for you, you can return it for a full refund within 90 days of delivery.

Eligibility

You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. Chips need to be in good condition and returned in original packaging..

How to request a refund

Email info@solarafield.com with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.

Returning your chips

Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can only process refunds for packages we receive. Returns are sent to our US address, provided when you contact us.

Your refund

Once your return arrives, we process the refund within 24 hours to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–10 business days to post it. You'll receive an email confirmation when we've processed it.

What's refunded

The full purchase price of your order. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you, and we'll cover return shipping.
